Finding Tenants

Our property managers have a consistent screening process, including running credit checks and criminal background checks, which can decrease your chances of being accused of discrimination. We have seen hundreds, even thousands, of tenants, and we can ensure that you are selecting the correct tenant for your property. We can help you determine those who will pay their rent on time, have a longer tenancy and create fewer issues.

Rent Collection

Our rent collection responsibilities include, helping you set your rent amount, collection of the rent, enforcing all late fees, and adjusting the rent (if needed).

We use our knowledge of the Real Estate market, the area and tenant interest to help you determine the best rental amount and then ensure it's enforced.

Property Maintenance & Repairs

We will help you keep your property in safe and habitable condition through property maintenance and repairs. Property Maintenance can include performing preventative property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition. Our maintenance staff canbe hired to exterminate, check for leaks, landscape, and remove trash, depending on your needs. This maintenance aims to keep current tenants happy and attract new tenants.

We also will handle repairs, including emergency repairs. We have large network of reliable plumbers, electricians, carpenters and other contractors and are ready to handle any issues the property is facing.

Evictions & Legal Proceedings

When a tenant does not pay rent or otherwise breaches the terms of a lease, our expert knowledge will be put to use in filling and move forward with an eviction. For an additional fee, our collections attorney is ready and able to represent you in court, alongside of your property manager. Our Attorney works on a contingency basis and are 1/3 of the award amount. (Filing fees can apply)


Whether providing regular inspections or when a tenant moves out, we are responsible for inspecting the unit, checking for damages and determining what portion of the security deposit will be returned to the tenant. After move out, we can handle any repairs or damages in order to ensure that the property vacancy is filled in a timely manner.

We can also be hired to look after your vacant properties to make sure there has been no vandalism and to perform routine maintenance.
